Holiday Greetings
Submitted By Randy Bauman on Sunday, December 04, 2011

Although it may not look like it outside, the Christmas season is certainly upon us.  Hopefully your shopping is going well and those far away games are being played while travel is easy.

Our teams combined have played in excess of 200 games so far this season.  This translates into many volunteer hours in the past few months.  Please take the time to thank the people running/organizing your child’s team, when you get a chance, as the hockey season wouldn’t be possible without them.

Unfortunately, after many years of icing a Juvenile team, we were unable to do so this season.  However, with the strong support of our local businesses, new registrants were up yet again and as a result, our total numbers have increased over last season.  We do have full intentions of offering a Juvenile team again as interest allows.

On behalf of the Listowel Minor Hockey Executive, I would like to wish you all the very happiest of holidays and good times at the rink.

Randy Bauman

President

Listowel Minor Hockey
